Private Event Options and Policies

We offer a wide range of pottery and ceramic activities at various price points to fit any party or event. Choose from Painting Parties, Build-with-Clay Parties, or Wheel Lesson experiences—each booked as a 2-hour event. Additional time may be added with advance purchase.

Reservation Fee

• All private parties/events require a minimum reservation fee of $50 for groups under 6 and $100 for groups of 6 or more. Your actual reservation fee may be higher and is calculated based on group size, the number of instructors needed to staff the event, and the day of the week. Your event quote will reflect the exact amount. Reservation fees must be paid upfront to reserve your booking with us.

• Pricing applies regardless of participant age (kids, adults, or mixed groups).

Party Activity Options

Paint Your Own Pottery Party

• Description: At your private Paint Your Own Pottery event, each participant will choose a bisqued pottery piece to make their own. With 20 vibrant underglaze colors and a wide variety of paintbrushes, everyone can unleash their creativity and design something truly unique.

• Cost: In addition to the reservation fee, you will pay for the bisque pottery pieces they choose. These range from $5 to $55 (for example, mugs range between $15 and $25 depending on size).

• Group Size: 5 to 16 attendees

• Pickup: Pieces are ready for pick up in 2 weeks.

Handbuilding Clay Party

• Description: At your private Handbuilding Clay Party, each participant will learn the fundamentals of working with clay as they create their own handbuilt project. You can choose a small, medium, or large project, and we’ll help tailor the project to suit the group’s age range, interests, and skill levels.

• Cost: In addition to the reservation fee, we have 3 price points for 3 different projects. Each project is beginner friendly.

  • Small project - Windchime, ring dish, jewelry - $40 person

  • Medium project -  Mugs, bud vase, small bowls, room sign - $50 person

  • Large project – Luminary with cutouts, fairy house, utensil holder, plate - $60 person (NOT recommended for children under 10)

• Group Size: 2 to 12 attendees

• Pickup: Finished pieces are ready for pickup within 4 weeks. They will be glazed from selected batch of colors, chosen the day of the event by each participant.

Wheel Throwing Party

• Description: At your private wheelthrowing party, student receives 2–3 balls of clay and up to 2 hours of instruction and hands-on wheel time. Because wheel work can be unpredictable, we can’t guarantee the final results—but we do guarantee a fun experience and great guidance. Most participants create small bowls, dishes, or cups.

• Cost: In addition to the reservation fee, there is a cost of $85 per person.

• Group Size: 2 to 10 attendees

• Pickup: Finished pieces are ready for pickup within 4 weeks. Finished pieces will be glazed in a pre-selected color chosen by the participant on the day of the event, and all glazes are food-safe, dishwasher-safe, and microwave-safe.
