Suwanee Clayworks is proud to support a thriving community of both amateur and professional artists. With ann Open Studio membership, you can take advantage of our space to let your imagination run wild. If you’ve taken a course with one of our instructors, you can sign up for privileges to access the studio during open studio hours. Access our wheels, kilns, glazes, and more. Our team of artists and instructors are on-site to help with any challenges that you might encounter
Who can use the Open Studio?
Open Studio is an independent creative workspace. In order to make this arrangement successful, participants need to have some knowledge of pottery and clay techniques. In particular, we require that open studio participants…
…possess prior clay studio experience and demonstrate the ability to independently complete projects successfully.
…complete of at least one class at Suwanee Clayworks so that you can learn where supplies are located, etc.
…have prior positive interactions with Studio Management, ensuring mutual confidence in success.
…sign the Open Studio Policies & Procedures.
…agree to adhere to Suwanee Clayworks Terms & Conditions.

Please Note: Open studio times will be published in house and online by the end of the first week of classes, depending on which classes make quorum and which do not. We can give projected open studio hours for our first week of session on Friday, July 18th, based on enrollment. Keep an eye on our social media and email list.
